Winemaking:
This wine was made with the Alvarinho grape variety, from a vineyard at an altitude of 500 metres in the heart of the Douro International Natural Park, in the municipality of Freixo de Espada-à-Cinta. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by 6 months ageing in French oak barrels in contact with the fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
The aromas of the variety are well in evidence in the aroma here with green notes and a citrus hue very pleasing to the nose. Very elegant in the mouth, has a lot of character variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to drink with grilled fish, seafood, or even with sushi and sashimi.
