Tasting Notes:
This is a special, delicate wine that is both complex and different. The harmony between the firmness of the structure, the softness of the body and the intense complexity of the aromas. The colour is citrus, bright, with slight straw tones. The nose is complex, citric, with notes of ripe white fruit and light floral and young fruit aromas, enriched with toasted, sweet aromas with a slight vanilla and ‘breadiness’, provided by ageing in wood with batonnage. The texture on the palate is present with evident acidity, yet balanced with a well-structured body, with some tannins that are still lively, revealing their potential in bottle time. Delicately vibrant, with freshness and strength, in a long and robust finish, begging for good gastronomy.
