Staging for 3 months in inox vats with bâtonnage.

Malvasia Fina,Gouveio

Tasting Notes:
Clear and citrus. Very expressive aroma with notes of lime, mango and fresh cut grass. Mineral, very fresh and full of character.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
