Tasting Notes:
Delicate aromas of citrus, melon and white flower. Light bodied with refreshing acidity and bright citrus flavours. The finish is medium in length, slightly zesty with a hint of minerality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.
Food Pairing:
A perfect wine to enjoy with food, try it with baked fish, soft goat cheeses, white meat and cod dishes.
