Tasting Notes:
A gastronomic wine with a predominant aroma of white flowers, tea leaves and citrus notes. It presents a perfect balance between the freshness of the grape varieties Gouveio (30%) and Rabigato (30%) and the complexity of Viosinho (40%).
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving temperature 12- 14°C, to be drunk at 14-16°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with baked fish and white meat.
