Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then transferred to stainless steel tanks where fermentation begins spontaneously, typically lasting about 2 to 3 weeks at 26ºC. During this period, while the wine is in contact with the must, two pump-overs are performed daily. After fermentation is complete, the must is pressed and the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for one year. After bottling, it undergoes a 6-month aging process in the bottle.
