Winemaking:
Fermentation at 24 ºC and natural malolactic. Aging for 24 months in French oak barrels (225L).

Grape Varieties:
Baga,Alfrocheiro,Touriga Nacional,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour. Aromas of rockrose, spices, black plum and cassis. In the mouth it is structured, fresh with an enveloping softness.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Stewed dishes, roasted ham, cooked.
