When grapes reach the right point of maturation they are carefully picked and brought to the winery where they are fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. Following fermentation the wine is filtered, stabilized and bottled for immediate consumption.

Trincadeira,Aragonêz,Alicante Bouschet,Castelão
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Slight aroma of red fruit, soft flavour and young. Typical of the main grape varieties of the Alentejo Region.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving Temperature 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
