Product details
The grapes are manual harvest and immediately stripped and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts fermentation takes place at 26 ° C, using daily delestage maceration ending after 20 days. The wine is aged in barrels of French and American oak for 9 months.

Tasting Notes:
Burgundy grenade loaded with ripe blackberry and raspberry aroma surrounded by spicy notes. On the palate it's an ample wine, with deep minerality and great complexity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be drunk at a temperature of 16º-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine is a fine accompaniment to grilled or roasted meat dishes, pâtés and aged cheeses.
