Winemaking:
Manual harvest. Selection of bunches, total destemming. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging in 300-liter French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca

Tasting Notes:
Intense, bright color. Deep aroma with notes of black plums, citrus and some graphite.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
