Winemaking:
Vat fermentation, with controlled temperature of 24º to 25ºC. 12 months aging in French oak barrels.Bottle aging.

Alicante Bouschet

Dark garnet colour. Full-bodied, well balanced, with a long and persistent aftertaste. Hints of ripe plum and spices.

Store and Serve Advices:
It sould be served at a temperature of 16º/18ºC.
