Manual harvest and manual selection of grapes. The 3 varieties were vinified separately and were blended only at the end of the aging process. Cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC in stainless steel plants. Stepping with a robot and post-fermentative maceration for 1 week. Aged for 13 months in new French oak barrels (where it also underwent malolactic fermentation) and 1 year in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance and strong ruby color. Very balanced aroma, markedly fruity with notes of orange peel, dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is very full-bodied with present but soft tannins. Very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany meat, game, baked fish, codfish drenched with olive oil and cheese.
