Destemming and crushing. Fermentation at 24 ºC and natural malolactic. Aged 24 months in French oak barrels (225L).

Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet colour. Black fruit, chocolate, menthol, black pepper. Good mouth volume, some vegetable, very elegant tannins. Long finish with excellent freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position in a fresh spot far from direct natural light. It should be served at 18º.
Food Pairing:
Accompanies perfectly grilled red meat and Game. For a successful combination with the typical Alentejo gastronomy we suggest a lamb stew marinade.
