Winemaking:
Fermentation of whole bunch with stalks in traditional clays of 1200 liters, uncoated. Aging for 8 months in used French oak barrels.

Beautiful colour, cherry red, with a complex nose of clay notes, black pepper, blueberry, aromatic herbs and tobacco leaf. In the mouth it is elegant with a wide structure of fine tannins, fresh but enveloping, delicate yet powerful with a long and generous finish in aromatic notes.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at temperature of 16-17º.
