Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming grapes, fermented in stainless steel vats, with a temperature control between 28ºC and 30ºC, benefits a post fermentative maturation of 15 days. Aged for 11 months in new French Oak.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet,Grand Noir

Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.

Pairs well with game and red meat.
