Pre-fermentation maceration was carried out cold for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in French oak vats. This was followed by a 90-day post-fermentation maceration. The batch aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet color. Aromas with excellent definition, dominated by ripe red fruits and small forest berries, with balsamic notes, some dark chocolate and camphor. In the mouth, it presents fine and elegant tannins, very present acidity that makes the wine very fresh, a broad finish with great balance, ending powerful and intense.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with roast or stewed goat or lamb, pork cheeks and elaborate big game dishes.
