Product details

Winemaking:
Vat fermentation, with controlled temperature of 24º to 25ºC. 12 months aging in French oak barrels. Bottle aging.

Grape Varieties:
Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Dark garnet colour. Full-bodied and balanced. Intense aroma with hints of ripe plum and vanilla from the barrel.

Store and Serve Advices:
It sould be served at a temperature of 16º/18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Good with seasoned dishes and red meat.
