Tasting Notes:
Clear, salmon-coloured. In the aroma it's floral and sweet with attractive notes of dried vegetable, fruit in raisin, elegant touch of yeast. In the mouth it has a fine bubble, it is a soft brut sparkling with a long end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle on its side at a constant 15 °C. Serve chilled to 8 °C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, and with light meals and roasts or even desserts.

Contains sulphites.
