Product details
After careful selection in the vineyard and cellar, fermentation from the different grape varieties was held separately in small “lagares” stainless steel, with prolonged maceration, where the grapes were gently trodden by foot. The wine went directly to French oak barrels, of which 40% were new and 60% from the 2nd and 3rd year, where malolactic fermentation took place and the wine aged for nine months.
