Product details
Winemaking:
After a rigorous control of the evolution of maturation of the grapes in the vineyard, on arrival at the winery the grapes were destemmed, followed by the process of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, with mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under the control of temperature at 22-25°C. Malolactic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank. For greater complexity, structure and richness, the selected final blend was aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French and American oak barrels, and 6 months in bottle for final refinement.
