Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Rigorous manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle daily manual pumping over. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in 500 litre French oak barrels for 20 months. Wine not filtered or cold stabilised. May create deposits.

Tinta Amarela,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional

Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend decanting and serving in a burgundy glass. It should be enjoyed at a temperature of between 15ºC and 17ºC.
