Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming. Discharge in vat-winery for fermentation with controlled temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Pressing and malolactic fermentation in barrel. Staging 18 months in used French oak barrels until bottling.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz

Clean red colour. Complex aroma with notes of forest fruits, slightly floral. In the mouth is strong, fresh and dry but elegant at the same time.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store it horizontally, preferably in the dark. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with traditional Portuguese dishes, cheeses, roasts or game dishes.
