Concentrated red colour with violet reflections. Intense aroma, showing its fruity, floral and spicy side, with a slight menthol flavour contributing to its aromatic lightness. On the palate, it is very elegant, developing into a wine with excellent volume and a solid structure, made up of fresh, fine-textured tannins. A captivating wine that finishes in perfect balance, with pleasant sensations of freshness and great persistence.

Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Rigorous manual selection of the bunches. Total destemming, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle daily manual pumping over. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in new 500-litre oak barrels for 16 months. Wine not filtered or cold stabilised. May create deposits.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be enjoyed at a temperature of between 15ºC and 17ºC, preferably in Bordeaux glasses. We recommend decanting.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with white meat dishes, game (poultry) and fatty fish.
