Product details
The grapes are selected on a sorting table, 30% whole bunch and 70% de-stemmed, fall by gravity into the vat. Spontaneous fermentation, tanning for 35 days and aging for 18 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Fragile ruby garnet colour. Very fine aroma, with notes of plum, tobacco and spices, in the tasting the attack is medium-bodied with good freshness. The texture mounts in the middle of the tasting, all in elegance, ending with present and firm tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 14ºC to be served at 16ºC and drunk at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
A red with good acidity, good complex fatty fish and stewed meats.
