Winemaking:
Fermentation by grape variety in small stainless tubs with manual reassembly. Maceration after fermentation for 10 days. Stagging for 9-month in stainless steel vats followed by final subdivision and slight filtration.
Grape Varieties:
Syrah,Alicante Bouschet,Cabernet Sauvignon,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Grenade colour. Fresh aroma of grove fruit (corrisle), associated with elegant vegetable notes (esteva) and florals (violet). Very good structure, balanced in acidity. Concentrated, with very soft tannins. Elegant and fresh at the end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16/18ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Serve with roasted or grilled meats and matured cheeses.
