It is a Late Bottled Vintage in the truest sense of the word, in that it is a superb wine, the result of careful selection of the best raw materials, bottled without any filtration or fining and which promises excellent growth in the bottle. Aged in chestnut barrels for 5 years.

Tasting Notes:
Intense, opaque red colour. The nose is intense with various notes of black and red fruit, cocoa and a slight vegetal flavour. On the palate it's full-bodied, structured and with present tannins. There are also obvious notes of black and red fruit, as well as some menthol notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept protected from light and humidity, at a constant temperature. It is ready for drinking and does not require decanting. Serve between 16ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
An ideal wine to try and discover. It goes perfectly with ice cream and chocolate, all kinds of sweets, desserts and can even provide unique cocktails.
