Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Very strong bouquet, with hints of red currant and raspberry. Very agreeable in attack, with hints of raspberry standing out. It shows a large volume on the palate and the tannins reveal an elegance poised between sweetness and acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This is an excellent wine to serve with soft cheeses, cured cheeses, fois gras, liver pastes and dried fruits.
