Winemaking:
Totally destemmed grapes, followed by a slow fermentation with temperature control up to 27 ºC degrees. Soft filtration.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinto Cão,Tinta Barroca

Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
