Product details

Winemaking:
Cooling of grapes, fermentation in stainless steel mills at 25º C, after skin maceration.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Aragonêz,Tinta Barroca

Tasting Notes:
Very dark coloured garnet, deep and well defined aromas, long and textured in the mouth, where the tannins are well present and with a lively acidity that allows a long, persistent and elegant finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It pairs perfectly with hot dishes, whether they are traditional cuisine (game and roasted meat) or stewed meat (seasoned, white or red). It defies new harmonisations, including with fish, being the choice of the garnish a prominent element for the pairing: rich dishes with the earth/sea confrontation. Another small trick is to use some preparation of red wine in the dish.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.

Disclaimer:
The photo shown is a copy of one of the bottles we have available for delivery. Keep in mind that the older the wine, the more likely the bottle will have some external dirt or slightly damaged labels. This does not mean, however, that the wine is not in a condition to be consumed.
The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
