Product details

Winemaking:
Our estate wine is a full bodied blend of Aragonez, Syrah and other Portuguese varieties, barrel aged for up to 12 months. The berry fruits are solid, concentrated, balanced with ripe tannins. Well ripened fruit. Fermented without stems under controlled temperature, with frequent pisage and delestage. Aged for 12 months in French (80%), American (20%) oak barrels, and then blended to give balanced varietal fruit and oak complexity. Bottled, unfined and filtered.

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
