Winemaking:
Harvesting is done manually and in small boxes. Destemming and crushing are carried out, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and in contact with the skins. Aging in stainless steel and wooden tanks, in a complementary manner.

Tasting Notes:
Mature aroma, based on fruits such as red plums, abundant notes of tree bark and moss, light menthol note in the background. Soft and easy to like right from the first taste, the wine clearly shows its vocation for the table, not needing to wait any longer. Polished, simple, but harmonious.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
