Winemaking:
From an exceptional harvest, only 5 barrels were selected that stood out for their enormous complexity and storage capacity. The grapes come from the exceptional vineyards of Serra de São Mamede, were vinified in "lagares" and aged in French oak barrels for 3 years.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes.
