This is an 88-year-old vineyard with a field blend of over 40 different native grape varieties. All the grapes, previously selected and not destemmed, were trodden by foot in stone presses, and the wine was aged in old Port wine casks for 19 months, after which the wine was bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful purple color. Fresh notes of blackberry, cassis and violets. Tense and defined tannins predominate in the mouth, with excellent concentration and freshness with very ripe fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled (16 to 18°C).
Food Pairing:
Drink as a digestive with cheese, chocolates or alone. Remember to decant the Port wine after it has settled. This will happen after it has been in the bottle for a few years.
