This wine is produced from the best grapes of 2010. The grapes were crushed in stone presses by foot treading. Wine brandy was then added, thus stopping the fermentation. This wine, as it is produced, has great aging potential.

Tasting Notes:
With notes of blackcurrant, as well as blueberries and some aromas of dark chocolate. In the mouth it is very full-bodied, shining with delicious aromas of wild blackberries and black cherries. With a persistent and lively finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled (16 to 18°C).
Food Pairing:
To accompany cheeses. Also, after the meal, with sweets and chocolates, as well as cigars.
