The Port wine was foot-trodden in granite lagares for three to four days, with careful temperature control, before the addition of brandy to stop fermentation. The selected wines were aged in oak barrels for 18 months before being bottled in May 2020.

Tasting Notes:
A wine of enormous concentration, which is immediately appreciated for its deep violet color and great aromatic intensity. Extremely complex, it is dominated by black berries with exuberant floral elements. On the palate, it maintains its intensity without losing its energy and freshness. Well structured like any great declared Vintage Port, its evolution is guaranteed for many decades, however, it is so seductive and full-bodied that it is difficult not to drink it immediately.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled (16 to 18°C).
Food Pairing:
Drink as a digestive with cheese, chocolates or alone. Remember to decant the Port wine after it has settled. This will happen after it has been in the bottle for a few years.
