Winemaking:
Vintage Port is often considered to be the highest category in the world of Port and is especially suited to bottle ageing. Produced from grapes from a single year, it is bottled two to three years after the harvest and gradually ages for several decades in the bottle. One of the great things about Vintage Port is that it is attractive at practically every stage of its evolution in the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled, between 12 and 13ºC, in a suitable glass.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with all types of desserts, especially those prepared with eggs and nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts).
