After manual harvesting, and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes were macerated for 24 hours, as soon as spontaneous fermentation started, they were pressed and finished fermenting in used barrels. It also made the malolactic in barrels with total lees. Aging in barrels for 8 months, and aging in bottle for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
An elegant wine from the light ruby colour, delicate with some fresh fruit in the aroma and tense in the mouth, with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be consumed immediately or in the next 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations. Serve at 14ºC.

Salads, fatty fish, white and grilled meats.
