Product details

Winemaking:
This wine, which results from a selected batch of the three main red grape varieties from the Vinho Verde Region, reflects the vivacity and freshness of the characteristic landscapes of Northern Portugal, where it originates. The quality of the grapes comes from old vines, with an average of 25 years of age. Careful winemaking aims to extract the greatest qualitative potential from the grapes. After this process, the wine is racked and after a brief aging period it is bottled very young in order to preserve the typical aromas of the variety.

Espadeiro,Vinhão,Borraçal

Tasting Notes:
It has a very deep ruby colour, a fresh aroma of wild fruits and excellent acidity, which make it a unique and very gastronomic wine.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature between 12 and 14ºC.

Food Pairing:
It is the ideal wine for intense and tasty dishes from the traditional cuisine of Northern Portugal, based on pork, goat, chicken and duck. It is also a good choice to accompany fatty fish, grilled sardines and the famous feijoada.
