Trodden and fermented in granite mills since there is memory, thus fulfilling the traditional way of producing red wine in the region. This wine is naturally stabilized and is not filtered and can show some deposit.

Store and Serve Advices:
It can show some deposit, so it should be decanted. Serve fresh between 16ºC-18ºC.

Perfect with strong dishes like lamprey or roasted lamb and codfish.
