Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature between 20-25ºC. Aging in French oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd use of 225L for 9 months.

Touriga Nacional,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Clean and intense red colour. Red fruit aroma and subtle pepper notes. Structured with a pleasant finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
The ideal serving temperature is between 16ºC and 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal with chicken stew, Bolognese pasta, roasted turkey, lamb chops and the traditional Alentejo pork.
