Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported to the winery in 40kg boxes. After going through a manual selection process, the bunches are destemmed, and the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. The wine ages in stainless steel vats for a period of 6 months until bottling.

Tinta Barroca,Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
young wine with an attractive pink color and very fresh floral aromas combined with hints of cherry and raspberry.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pair this fresh white wine from the Douro region with curry dishes, fish, seafood and salads.
