Product details

Winemaking:
Very gentle pressing and decanting. Fermentation in barrels (10 days). Aging for 12 months in 60% 2nd year French oak barrels (225l and 300l) and 40% new with convection toast (500l). With bâtonnage.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinto Cão

Pastel pink tone. Notes of rose water and spices, peppermint, ginger, light grapefruit, pink pepper and fresh strawberry. Enormous complexity, involvement, depth and elegance. A world-class Rosé, with long years ahead.

Store and Serve Advices:
Keep it in horizontal position away from direct light. Recommended serving at a temperature of 12ºC. Evolution in bottle for 10 to 15 years.

Excellent with lobster, prawn and salmon.
