With the whole bunch, a light pressing is carried out, the wine ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels followed by bâtonnage for approximately 6 months on fine lees.

Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Perfect serve at 8ºC.

Accompanies light dishes such as salads and fresh fish or seafood. Excellent as a starter or meal.
