Winemaking:
The grapes, sourced from a selected Cima Corgo vineyard at an elevation of 400m, were lightly pressed and fermented in 500L second-year French oak barrels. After fermentation, they aged in the same barrels for approximately 7 months, with periodic batonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Quite a complex aroma with floral and herbaceous notes, and a slight smoky touch. It has a very smooth and silky texture and a fresh and elegant finish that makes it highly gastronomic.

Serving Temperature 10ºC to 12ºC.

This wine should be drunk with light dishes and salads.
