Aged 6 months on French and American oak barrels and after aged in bottle for 6 months.

Alicante Bouschet,Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
Rather spicy wine with fresh hints of cedar, tobacco leafs, cherry seeds and a noticeable presence of dark chocolate. Vigorous in shape and structure, with a spicy and long lasting finish, where the smoke and spices from the oak barrels interconnect.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with spicy grilled and roasted meats, game, and cheeses, among other delicacies.
