Winemaking:
Total de-stemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days. Fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days. Aged 11 months in used French oak barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
