Winemaking:
After the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed, a period of pre-fermentation maceration took place, followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures (approx. 24ºC). Partial aging was carried out in wooden casks (French and American) for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour. Rich and complex aroma, with spicy notes and an emphasis of red fruit notes. It reveals an explosion of aromas, balanced acidity and elegant tannins. A silky wine with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
