Product details

Winemaking:
This wine is the result of careful vinification using the classic "tanning" process, with 50% destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (26º-28ºC) and careful pumping over. The wine was aged for one and a half years in small oak barrels.

Castelão,Tinta Roriz
