Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes are partially destemmed (30%) and crushed directly into a wine press, 3 days of cold maceration; 12 days of alcoholic fermentation with temperature control, gentle treading twice a day; 22 days of “cuvaison”. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
