The hand-picked fruit of our estate’s best blocks was sorted and totally destemmed on arrival at the winery. The fermentation occurred in small stain less steel tanks at controlled temperature of 26ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in French barrels and 1 year in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes:
Very aromatic with ripe, balsamic, menthol and dark chocolate. Wide mouth, strong but cooperating tannins, compact and tasty, maintaining freshness and vigour thanks to the excellent acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
The Tannat is a perfect match for rosemary crumb coated lamb chops or with rich flavoured cheeses.
